翅片管:是針對串片型和繞制型翅片做成的散熱器的缺點,而改進采用高頻焊接翅片管的一種***散熱元件,翅片管的本身是將厚度0.8-1mm的帶鋼纏繞于翅片管上,同時采用高頻焊接工藝,把片焊牢在管上,保證了管與翅片的結(jié)合強度,其金屬熱強度已達1.10~1.20w/kg℃,該翅片管廣泛用于鍋爐的省煤器,空氣預(yù)熱器的制作及廠房,住宅的節(jié)能散熱器的制作,并作為熱管后期繞片***。
螺旋翅片管:是一種***傳熱元件。它的傳熱面積為光管的幾倍至幾十倍,能強化傳熱,降低流動阻力,減少金屬消耗量,從而提高了換熱設(shè)備的經(jīng)濟性和運行可靠性。目前,螺旋翅片管已在各種鍋爐中廣泛使用。
翅片管 --翅片管是一種換熱元件。是為了提高換熱效率,通常在換熱管的表面通過加翅片,增大換熱管的外表面積(或內(nèi)表面積),從而達到提高換熱效率的目的,這樣一種換熱管。

(1)管子兩側(cè)的換熱系數(shù)如果相差很大,則應(yīng)該在換熱系數(shù)小的一側(cè)加裝翅片。

例1:鍋爐省煤器,管內(nèi)走水,管外流煙氣,煙氣側(cè)應(yīng)采用翅片。

例2:空氣冷卻器,管內(nèi)走液體,管外流空氣,翅片應(yīng)加在空氣側(cè)。

例3:蒸汽發(fā)生器,管內(nèi)是水的沸騰,管外走煙氣,翅片應(yīng)加在煙氣側(cè)。

應(yīng)注意,在設(shè)計時,應(yīng)盡量將換熱系數(shù)小的一側(cè)放在管外,以便于加裝翅片管。

(2)如管子兩側(cè)的換熱系數(shù)都很小,為了強化傳熱,應(yīng)在兩側(cè)同時加裝翅片,若結(jié)構(gòu)上有困難,則兩側(cè)可都不加翅片。在這種情況下,若只在一邊加翅片,對傳熱量的增加是不會有明顯效果的。
(2) If the heat transfer coefficient on both sides of the pipe is very small, in order to enhance heat transfer, fins should be added on both sides at the same time. If there are structural difficulties, no fins may be added on both sides. In this case, if fins are added only on one side, there is no significant effect on the increase in heat transfer amount.
例1:傳統(tǒng)的管式空氣預(yù)熱器,管內(nèi)走空氣,管外走煙氣。因為是氣體對氣體的換熱,兩側(cè)的換熱系數(shù)都很低,管內(nèi)加翅片又很困難,只好用光管了。
